I just installed Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium a few days ago on an brand new HP Envy M4 running Windows 8. All worked well to start and I was able to open and receive mail in Outlook on the first day of the installation. Now every time I try to open the program it asks if Outlook can make changes to the computer and then immediately gives me the error message above. It asks if I want to repair, I click yes, and the repair fails. I keep getting the same exact screen no matter what I do. The other programs in Office 365 appear to be working correctly at the moment. I did a System Restore, a full uninstall and reinstall of Office 365 Home Premium (several times, in fact), and have tried to start Outlook in safe mode to no avail. This is incredibly frustrating, so I hope someone has an answer to this problem.
