Same problem here. Did you use Symantec Endpoint? That's what did it for me. I did a restore from a previously recorded time, just before i tried installing the symantec software. That seemed to work for me, for now. Just so you know I am also using a Lenovo all in one. Mine is the B540, so hopefully it won't be system dependent. I am going to make sure all Symantec software is off my computer too.
